What Communi.Team is
Communi.Team is a collaborative, human-centred space for planning your season, your week, and your day — and keeping your team in the loop on what you're focusing on. People own their work; teams are an awareness and support layer, never an ownership layer.
It is not a project management tool. There are no tickets, no boards and no assignments — people plan their own season, week and day, and choose, item by item, what to make visible to the people they work with. A team space is an awareness and support layer, never an ownership layer.
See how it works for the full walkthrough, or the FAQ for the short answers.
How it works
Everything follows one loop, repeated at three nested timescales — the season, the week and the day.
- 01Plan
Decide what matters this season, this week, today — at your own pace.
- 02Share
Choose what to make visible to your team. Nothing leaks by default.
- 03Seen
Teammates see your intent without prying into the work itself.
- 04Supported
Shared awareness invites encouragement and support, not pressure.
- 05Reflect
Look back gently. Notice what worked, what felt heavy, what to soften.
The agents
Communi.Team includes three agents — specialist trained facilitators rather than chatbots. Each embodies a distinct philosophy and appears at the moments in the rhythm where that philosophy helps. They are in training and join the platform in summer 2026.
Sprint
Your gentle pacing companion
Sprint helps you shape a realistic week and day. Not a taskmaster — more like a steady friend who asks 'what's actually possible today?' Sprint shows up when you're planning and offers a quiet check on whether the day you're building is one you can actually finish. It never pushes; it just asks the useful questions.
Agile is not a productivity method. It is a philosophy of honest movement — moving in rhythm rather than at speed, adapting rather than forcing, and treating every cycle as an invitation to learn.
Raaf
NVC Mediator
Raaf facilitates community sessions with care and non-violent communication. When something feels stuck or a misunderstanding surfaces, Raaf creates the conditions for every voice to be heard — weaving perspective-taking, empathy, and psychological safety into every conversation.
To be heard is a fundamental human need. Raaf believes that most conflict arises not from bad intentions, but from the gap between what was meant and what was received. Closing that gap begins with listening.
Orphai
Reflection and continuity
Orphai helps you look back across days, weeks, and seasons — surfacing patterns gently, without judgement. When you sit down to reflect, Orphai draws threads between what you wrote last week and what you're noticing now. Over time, it becomes a kind of quiet memory for your working life.
Memory is not just what we remember — it is how we make meaning from what happened. Orphai holds the threads so you can see the shape of your own story, season by season.
Practices and supporting theory
Each agent rests on a body of practice. These pages are the long-form theory — written in the agent's own voice — behind how it behaves.

What we believe
- People own their work
- All planning, tracking, and reflection belongs to you. Teams are built on trust and shared accountability, not ownership.
- Teams are awareness layers
- A team space shows what people choose to make visible — nothing more.
- Support over urgency
- No streaks, no leaderboards, no nudging you into anxiety. The team lifts you up.
- Reflection is part of the work
- We treat looking back as essential, not optional. Reflection makes the next loop kinder.
- Visibility is a choice
- Sharing is opt-in, item by item. Defaults protect your privacy.
- Honest, not performative
- We avoid productivity theatre. A small honest plan beats a big aspirational one.
- Shared awareness over surveillance
- Knowing a teammate is in flow is enough — we don't need to see their screen.
- Designed for the long arc
- Seasons, weeks, days — nested rhythms instead of constant sprints.

Kin
Kin is a private home for your family: group chat, shared memories, a living timeline and a family calendar — with no likes, no followers and no ads. It is built on the same foundations as Communi.Team, and the same three agents — Sprint, Raaf and Orphai — appear there in family roles.
