Is Communi.Team a project management tool?
No. It's a planning and reflection space. There are no tickets, no boards, no assignments. People plan their own work and choose what to share.
Can my manager see what I'm working on?
Only what you choose to share. By default everything is private to you. Sharing is item by item.
Are there streaks or productivity scores?
No. We don't gamify. The point is honesty over performance.
What does 'team awareness' mean?
It's a shared view of who's in focus, who's resting, who's available — without exposing the underlying work.
Is the focus timer shared with my team?
Only if you turn on focus visibility in settings. Otherwise it's purely personal.
Can I be in more than one team?
Yes. Your plans live with you, and you can project them into different team spaces as needed.
Do I have to use the agents?
No. Sprint, Raaf, and Orphai are gentle companions — you can ignore them entirely if you prefer.
