Help shape Communi.Team

We'd rather ask than assume.

Communi.Team started from a simple belief: we do better when we don't have to navigate life alone. We've built that for teams at work. We think it matters just as much outside work — in classrooms, in therapy rooms, in community halls, in neighbourhoods — but we'd rather find out than guess.

So we're asking three groups of people directly. All three surveys are short, none is a sales pitch, and everything we learn goes back to the people who answered.

If you're living with a physical health problem

Beyond the Body

When we're dealing with a physical health problem, the experience doesn't always stop with the body. It can affect sleep, mood, confidence, relationships and how connected we feel. We'd like to understand that wider picture — what helps, where support comes from, and what's missing.

If you're receiving support for your mental or emotional wellbeing

Beyond the Mind

Professional support can be an important part of the picture, but our wider lives matter too — the people around us, our routines, the places we spend time, and whether we feel connected to something beyond ourselves. We'd like to understand what genuinely helps.

Creating the Conditions for Connection

Many people and organisations do more than provide a service — they create spaces where people feel listened to, included and connected. We want to understand how that happens, what makes it difficult, what responsibilities come with it, and where technology might help or get in the way.

What we do with the answers

They're read by a small team and used to decide what we build next. We don't sell them, we don't advertise against them, and we don't attribute anything to anyone or any organisation without asking first. None of the surveys asks for your name or contact details among its questions — if you tell us you'd like to talk further, we ask for those on a separate form afterwards, so they're never stored alongside your answers. To have a response deleted, write to hello@communi.team.

When enough people have answered, we'll write up what we found and send it to everyone who asked for it. That seems like the least we can do in return for your time.
