Chrome Extension
The Communi.Team Chrome Extension replaces your new tab page and adds a side panel, both of which load the Communi.Team web application in a frame. The extension itself does not collect, transmit, or store any data beyond what the web application already does. It requests the following browser permissions:
- sidePanel — to open the Communi.Team side panel when you click the toolbar icon.
- notifications — to surface planning reminders (morning, focus, evening, weekly) and team activity alerts that you configure in Settings → Notifications. Notifications are generated by the Communi.Team web application and delivered through the browser. No notification content is collected or logged by us.
Cookies and local storage
We use session cookies set by Supabase for authentication. No advertising or tracking cookies are set. Local storage is used by the web application to cache your in-progress edits and reduce server round-trips. You can clear this at any time through your browser settings.
How we store and protect your data
All data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted in the EU. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authenticated users for their own data, with row-level security enforced at the database layer. Team-shared data is visible only to members of the team you have joined.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the sub-processors necessary to run the service:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and storage (EU)
- Stripe — payment processing (card data never reaches our servers)
- Cloudflare — edge delivery and DDoS protection
- Resend — transactional email delivery
All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements and GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. billing records for 7 years under UK tax law).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR and equivalent legislation, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion ("right to be forgotten")
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk)
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@wundr.space. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
Communi.Team is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when we add new features or change how we process data. Material changes will be notified by email or by an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
