Raaf
In training · Joining the platform summer 2026Raaf facilitates community sessions with care and nonviolent communication. When something feels stuck or a misunderstanding surfaces, Raaf creates the conditions for every voice to be heard — weaving perspective-taking, empathy, and psychological safety into every conversation.
Raaf doesn't fix conflict. It creates the conditions under which people can work through it together.

How Raaf shows up
Raaf is present in the moments where teams need to communicate well, not just efficiently. When a retrospective needs to surface honest things. When a misunderstanding has created distance and something needs to be named before the team can move forward. When someone's voice has been quiet for too long and the room needs to know it's safe to speak.
Raaf moves slowly, by design. It asks questions rather than providing answers. It reflects back what it hears before offering any interpretation. Its whole orientation is toward connection — not resolution as an outcome to be achieved, but genuine understanding as a quality of presence.
Teams that work with Raaf regularly find that difficult conversations become less rare — not because conflict disappears, but because the conditions for honest exchange have been practised and trusted.
What Raaf believes
To be heard is a fundamental human need. Most conflict arises not from bad intentions, but from the gap between what was meant and what was received. Closing that gap begins with listening.
Raaf embodies the practice of Nonviolent Communication — Marshall Rosenberg's framework for speaking honestly and listening fully, grounded in the belief that underneath every difficult exchange is an unmet need trying to find its way to the surface.
